MA FE WO (GHANAIAN POEM)

odo me se ma fe wo papa...
i remember the days we enjoyed a bowl of fufu and soup..
kanke and shito... w/ fried egg and sardine...
baby i really miss how we shared that fanta bottle like there was no better tasting beverage on the fast of this earth.. i walked along the beautiful beachs of ghana and enjoyed the breeze that seem to come every 17mins and lasted no more than 7 to 30 seconds... we held hands as we sang kojo antwi tunes about love.. and we would always duet the chorus and look eachother in the eyes and say.. odo ye wu baby!!.. oh man.. the way i miss the smell of you cooking jollof and chicken in the kitchen as i watched the ghana black stars battle their way up in soccer.. and the tunes of DJ BONSU playn in da backgroud from out home stereo..baby makuma ye wo dia... me pe wo papa!! ware me.. ye ko de odo papa .. me se ye be ye ayefro... to end this all short..
